PROBLEMS WITH AN ORDER
RETURN POLICY
  • vegaLASH can take up to 8 weeks for some people to see results. If you’re one of those people, we don’t want you to give up on having fabulous lashes just because you’re worried about being eligible for a return. We’ll accept returns for any reason up to 60 days from the date of purchase. We ask that you mail the original item back to us, including your name and order number on the package. Shoot us an email at support@vegalash.com and we’ll walk you through the process.
WHAT IF I RECEIVED A DAMAGED ITEM?
